What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website we store what you enter: your name, email address and any optional details such as company, role, phone number, LinkedIn profile, the systems you work with and your message.
We also record how you reached the site: the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example from LinkedIn, TikTok or Instagram), the referring page and the page you landed on. This is kept only for your browser session and saved only if you submit a form.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Why we use it
- To contact you about early access, product news and, if you asked, investment in BMS Assist.
- To understand which channels bring interested people, so we can improve how we reach them.
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secured database run by our hosting provider. Only our team can read them.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in contact with you about BMS Assist, and delete them on request.

The BMS Assist product
This policy covers this website only. The product itself is read-only, and the login you give it for your building system stays encrypted on your own PC and is never sent to us.
